At Lucía Riofrío, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional artisan techniques and carefully inspected before shipment. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include all original tags, dust bag, and packaging.

• Be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at info@luciariofrio.com before sending your item back.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luciariofrio.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will review your claim promptly and provide an appropriate solution.

Handmade Products

Every Lucía Riofrío piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, weaving, leather grain, and other natural characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered defects.

These natural variations make every bag one of a kind.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Gift cards.

• Final Sale or Clearance items.

• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return for your eligible purchase and place a new order through our website once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@luciariofrio.com.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by the destination country.

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to receive the shipment, any shipping costs, customs charges, or return fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.
