This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What shipping speeds are offered?
We only offer Standard Shipping. The orders should arrive within 3 to 10 business days after shipment. The dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Please note that while we calculate the expected delivery time, we take into account the processing time as well as the shipping speed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Lucia Riofrio. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your Lucia Riofrio Account, or the email you used during the checkout process.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, for European countries.
What are the Shipping Rates?
We charge per UPS published rates.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
You may check an estimate of the shipping charges by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code or location.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
Please note that Lucia Riofrio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Lucia Riofrio.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart depending on weight and size, safety, and insurance required. You will see the reduction if it applies to your region.

Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
You can request a refund for nearly any unused service/purchase. Lucia Riofrio will, upon request via info@luciariofrio.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 30 days of purchase, and the service/product has not been used. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we will take a look.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@luciariofrio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and follow the return form provided, then mail your return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note
- We accept unworn or defective merchandise when items are returned within 30 days ( with tags attached)
- Refund will be credited back to your original order payment method
- Shipping charges are not refundable
EU Right of Withdrawal Services
European law principally provides a right of withdrawal on software sales. However, it can be and typically is excluded for boxed software that has been opened and for digitally provided content once it has been made available to the end user. This is what happens when you make a transaction: The EU statutory right of withdrawal ends the moment the content and services are added to your account.
For any EU consumer:
You have the right to withdraw from any purchase of unused product/service on Lucia Riofrio within 14 days without giving any reason.
For any purchase products, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods ("Hardware Return Period"). For any transaction related to digital content, the withdrawal period will end when the content is made available to you with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do so is by informing our customer support through info@luciariofrio.com. If you do so, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from an agreement, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods to our returns warehouse without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the product you wish to return was bundled with a Subscription, the Subscription is automatically cancelled with your return of the product.
Abuse
Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing products or services — not as a way to get free products and services. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price.
